This washed Bourbon comes from the Nemba Washing Station in Burundi’s Kayanza Province, which works with roughly 2,600 smallholder farmers from surrounding communities. The cup is bright and structured, with tart cranberry, rustic dried fig sweetness, and a warming allspice finish.
