Off Grid is Wonderstate’s boldest, darkest roast, built around sweet coffees from the Cinco de Junio Cooperative that can stand up to longer roast times and higher temperatures. Deep and intensely roasty, it delivers notes of bittersweet cocoa and smoke, with caramelized sweetness reminiscent of baker’s chocolate.
