From the Embu region of Kenya and grown in the volcanic soils of Mt. Kenya, this AA lot is fully washed and size-sorted, produced at 1300-1900m. It is a blend of Batian, SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11, showing bright acidity, cane sugar–like sweetness, and notable complexity. Tasting notes of grapefruit, mango, and iced tea make for a lively and approachable cup.
