The COSORI Juni brings the precision and control of manual pour-over brewing into a fully automatic machine. Its retractable precision nozzle works together with a rotating brew basket to recreate spiral, circular, and center pours, while gentle vibration agitates the coffee bed for even saturation and extraction. With dedicated cone and flat-bottom brew baskets, Juni can handle everything from a single cup to a 1.5-liter batch.

Juni can be used directly from its built-in controls for simple everyday brewing or connected to the VeSync app for significantly more control. Barista Mode lets you customize parameters including water temperature, flow rate, volume, pour stages, and pour patterns, while Juni’s Taste Intelligence uses your feedback on sweetness, acidity, bitterness, and body to recommend adjustments and refine future recipes.

Why I Love It

What I love most about the Juni is that it doesn’t feel like it’s trying to replace pour-over—it feels like it’s trying to automate it. You can actually watch the nozzle and rotating brew basket recreate the same spiral, circular, and center pours you’d make by hand, while still giving you an almost ridiculous amount of control over the recipe. I also love that I can keep things simple when I just want a great cup of coffee, or jump into the app and dial in everything from temperature and pour patterns to agitation and number of pours when I want to experiment. It’s one of the few automatic brewers I’ve used that manages to make brewing easier without taking away the part of coffee that makes it fun.
