London Fog is a floral-forward blend of coffees from Cauca, Colombia and Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, built around Caturra from Andrés Martínez and Ethiopian heirloom. Grown at 1750–2000 MASL and processed semi-washed, it brings bergamot and lavender florals with lychee sweetness, lemon-brightness, and a soft, tea-like finish.
