Letty Bermudez Geisha, produced by Diego Bermudez, is a Thermal Shock Washed lot that won a Gold Medal in the Global Coffee Awards' Experimental Process Filter Coffee category. Bermudez uses bio reactors to ferment the coffee while monitoring time, temperature, pH, brix, and microbial load. The cup shows yellow fruits and peach with floral notes and milk tea, and peach blossom and oolong tea characteristics emerge as the cup cools.
