Finca El Pedrero Pink Bourbon from Tierra Colorada, La Paz, Honduras is grown by Carlos Ernelio Ortiz ("Don Nelo") at 1,780 masl and roasted light. The coffee is depulped, fermented 8–12 hours in concrete tanks, thoroughly washed, and dried on patios for 10–13 days. Expect orange blossom honey, powdered sugar, Kinder Bueno, and a delicate citrus sparkle in a clean, sweet, and refined cup.
