Fruit Basket is an experimental light-roast blend from Huila, Colombia, made from three high-altitude coffees grown above 1,650 m. It combines two anaerobic co-ferments with a thermal shock mosto-processed natural, producing bright fruit-forward flavors of pomegranate, apple juice, and blackberry jam. Versatile for pour-overs, adventurous espresso, or a wild fruity iced coffee.
