Ethiopia Chelchele
$22.50
Chelchele from Banko Chelchele in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia is a light-roast lot of heirloom coffees processed at the Chelchele Washing Station. Cherries are depulped, fermented for 36–48 hours, then thoroughly washed; surrounding farms sit between 1900 and 2200 masl. The cup is delicate, honey-sweet, and incredibly clean, with notes of green melon, Asian pear, apricot tea, and a subtle hoppy floral character.
