This decaffeinated single-origin coffee comes from Huila, Colombia, and was decaffeinated using a sugarcane ethyl acetate (EA) process at Descafecol. The field blend of Colombia, Caturra, and Castillo was fermented 12–18 hours in concrete tanks and dried 2–3 weeks on raised beds or cement patios.
