It is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, a 100% chemical-free method that removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the bean’s natural oils and flavors. Expect smooth honey, rich cacao, soft citrus, and toasted nuts in a sweet, round-bodied cup well suited to pour over, French press, or drip.
