Antonio Medina's coffee from San Martin Jilotepeque, Chimaltenango, Guatemala is a washed lot of Caturra and Bourbon. The cup offers mirabelle plum, golden raisin, and white sugar with a crisp finish. Antonio preserves a nationally protected forest on much of his land and cultivates his coffee conscientiously, producing a clear, sweet cup.
